Overview:
The purpose of this system
is to bring a virtual racing type environment into the online racing
community. This system will give drivers a method of earning virtual cash that
can be used for entry fees, repair costs and penalties.
This system will support all the current popular Mods for the Papyrus NASCAR
Racing 2003 Season and NASCAR
Racing 2005 Season Sims. The Mods are rated in a graduated structure, through
Entry fees ,Repair and Penalty costs. All active RaceServers.net Members are eligible to
participate. All rsReal-Racing events will be run in the rsArena and will be
Monitored by A-CDM 2. All rsReal-Racing events with the exception of IROC Races
will require an Entry Fee and will be subject to Penalties and Repair Costs. All eligible
drivers can race in any IROC Event. Only drivers with a Virtual rsAccount
Balance that is more than or equal to the Entry Fee of a rsReal-Racing Event
will be able to join that race. There must be a minimum of 6 Drivers (New
for 2006)
in a
rsReal-Racing Event for that event to pay out the winnings. Also
New for the 2006 Racing Season,
all leased 24/7 Racing Servers will be
allotted $500,000.00 seed money to start
with. This money will be controlled by the
rsAdmin of the server. In addition to the
seed money, the account will receive 1/2 of
all the entry fees for Real Racing Events
run on that server and controlled by that
rsAdmin.
It is our hope
that the changes we are making for the 2006
racing season will be more challenging than
ever before.
This is how it works:
A Driver joins rsReal-Racing
IROC Events until that Driver earns enough Virtual Cash to become eligible for a
sanctioned rsReal-Racing Event or is advanced enough Virtual Cash to become
eligible for a sanctioned rsReal-Racing
Event. Depending on the success of that Driver, the
Driver can move up to higher paying Events. The higher the rsReal-Racing Event, the higher
the Entry Fee, and the Higher the Cost of Repair. New
for 2006, a Driver will not be able to
transfer virtual cash from their Virtual rsAccount to another Drivers Virtual
rsAccount. Server rsReal Racing Bank accounts
can be used to increase the purse of a
rsReal Racing Event. Direct rsCash
transfers to drivers will only be allowed by
rsAdmins for 2006.
Rules:
 |
There must be a minimum
of 6 Drivers that have to Qualify and or take the Green flag for an Event
to pay out the winnings. |
 |
Entry Fees are deducted
from a Drivers Virtual rsAccount when that Driver joins the Event. |
 |
If the Event fails the
Minimum Driver requirement, all Drivers will be refunded their Entry Fees
when that Event finishes. |
 |
All positions pay. (Last
Place pays Entry Fee) |
 |
Winnings will be awarded
at the completion of the Event |
 |
All Drivers have to
leave the Server at the finish of the rsReal-Racing Event. (If a Driver does
not leave the Server before the start of the next rsReal-Racing Event on
that Server, that Driver will be issued a Penalty and no winnings) |
 |
All rsReal-Racing Events
will be run in the rsArena and be monitored by A-CDM 2 |
 |
If a Driver is Ejected
from a rsReal-Racing Event, that Driver will receive no position winnings
and will have a Fine, 1/2 of their balance, deducted from their Virtual rsAccount. (If their
Ejection was for using a Cheat, their Virtual rsAccount will be set to $0.00 and they will be suspended from joining any rsReal-Racing
Events for 1 week) |
 |
If a Driver receives a
DQ from the Game, that Driver will receive no position winnings and will
have a Fine deducted from their Virtual rsAccount. |
 |
Any rsReal-Racing Event
protests must be presented to the rsReal-Racing Review Board in writing
within 48 hours of the given event. (A replay and or chat log will be needed
to validate the protest) |
 | If
a Driver retires from rsReal-Racing Event,
that Driver will have 1/2 of their
earnings deducted from their rsAccount. (New
for 2006) A
Drivers rsAccount can never go below
$0.00. |
Mod Scoring:
1. IROC
No entry fee is required. The purse
for each IROC race is based on a $25.00 entry fee (Not Paid by Driver) and a minimum of
6 drivers must race. An
IROC race purse is based off of how many drivers are in the race.
If the race had 10 drivers the last place driver will receive $25.00 and every position from last to
first increases by 1.15% of the previous position.
So the more drivers the bigger the purse.
If 10 drivers are in the race.
The payout would look like this:
1st place: $87.88
2nd place:
$76.41
3rd place:
$66.45
4th place:
$57.79
5th place:
$50.76
6th place:
$43.71
7th place:
$38.01
8th place:
$33.06
9th place:
$28.75
10th place:
$25.00 (last place)
With IROC the driver pays no entry fee or repair fees.
IROC races are used to build a Driver’s Virtual rsAccount so that they
may enter the next mod level of sanctioned
rsReal Racing.
